Amazing Place, Astonishing View, Awesome Host, Incredible Food. 100% Family Place. Kids Enjoyed to the Fullest with cute doggy "MOMO". Every hour is memorable. Must visit minimum 3-4 times in a year.

I visited in June 2021 with my family. It was such an amazing experience. It was raining heavily and staff was very helpful. From bringing food in heavy rains to helping us with help and basic things required. It was birthday in my family so they suggested access for their kitchen for baking cake. However I couldn't end up using it, but it was an amazing gesture. The property is beautiful with exquisite views and amenities. Food tastes like home cooked. Marked this place for all my Mukteshwar Or nearby trips. Thanks to team again

I stayed at Nest and Hives Motiapathar over the Dussehra long weekend of 2021, and found it to be a lovely, low-key place well worth returning to. While the property's biggest USP is its fantastic view, we also appreciated how well equipped it was, despite its small size and simplicity. With only 15 rooms, the property had a games room, an open air gym, large terrace gardens, barbecue pits, and even an outdoor activity circuit. Moreover, everything was well maintained, which is more than I can say for many more overpriced mountain AirBnBs. The staff, led by Mr. Sashi, were prompt, and the property's two pet dogs, Mimi and Momo, were the friendliest on the planet. The food, while basic and homely, tasted great and was always freshly made. The property is also well suited for families and groups, with rooms having the option of being interconnected, and ample open space for kids to play around. The only shortcomings we faced were very minor. Our room's lock didn't work properly, and the service at the restaurant was a bit disorganized at times. Both issues were promptly resolved on asking, however, so no damage done. Please note that while the property advertsies itself as being located in 'Mukteshwar / Motia Pathar', it is around 30 kms / 1 hour away from Mukteshwar proper. While Mukteshwar has many 'tourist' facilities like shops and restaurants, it is also very crowded and dirty. Motia Pathar is much smaller and quieter, and you'll have to depend on the hotel for your meals and services, but it offers much more peace, and has infinitely better views.

We 4 families went to celebrate my birthday which was on 19th july , i picked this place since i loved this name & obviously Ashish was kind enough to meet my expectation with commercials. So they have around 16-17 rooms in cottage size , best part is that rooms are all spacious and all are mountain facing . lot of recreational games to engage you kids , infect there is a separate games room , two loveable dogs to entertain you i am just missing their names , topping on ice was Mr Shashi who was a great host. Its not that it was all picture perfect but he was such a lovely host that we were ok . They had inhouse kitchen for food , very average but they serve with love so you wont mind also very reasonable rates , infact on request they aloud my wife to cook for entire 4 families and the team assisted , kitchen was clean and they use fresh vegetables , a good cook will make a great experience too , this hotel is on main road so we use to walk down to take tea at a local shop , awesome location not exactly in mukteshwar to be honest but equally good place which is MotiaPather , we loved the place so much that we spent most of time in hotel only now improvement area , my room has leakage so we had to put a basket , i am sure they would have rectified by now , wash room could have better , if you have invested so much on decor please take care of it . Room service is slow so you ahve to come out and shout the name or walk to kitchen but its ok its so relishing experience that you wont mind

surrounded by beautiful lush green hills natural climate.. and abundance of fresh air and oxygen which is utmost important and required by people of metro cities. It is a beautifully built resort with taking care of natural surroundings, recreational activities are available for free. There are 2 rooms available on ground level as well, if travelling with senior citizens, the resort is well built with numerous huts, food options were great veg and non veg, almost all the rooms are facing towards the valley which gives an addon to this location. It feels like heaven to stay here for a night or 2.
